Words of affirmation are a present sentence you tell yourself repeatedly. This method is very popular, but people take it lightly. In this sentence, you tell yourself, what you want to become, or what you want. And this gives a signal to your subconscious mind, and it starts working to achieve it.
Remember, many people use willpower to control their subconscious mind, but that’s not the correct way. You can not force your subconscious mind. So, instead of using will power, use imagination and give your subconscious mind thoughts that you want to become reality.
